Repair Service

 

We're fully equipped and ready to fix your computer. We have the spares to repair and maintain almost anything from a 286 upwards in our workshop.

Anything we don't have in stock we can normally get overnight.

We understand the need to fix your computer "ASAP" goes without saying. Our target is to get all repairs fixed within 48 Working hours.

We strongly encourage everyone to back-up any important information

If you want us to back-up your data before starting your repair, we will for an additional fee. However it would be fair to tell you that we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your data.

We'll always do our best to protect it though.

We are available between 9am. and 5pm. Monday to Friday,


For your really important or urgent jobs outside of these hours, we are available but by appointment.

Workshop Charges are £39.00 per hour, Plus cost of parts With a minimum charge of £40

On-site Call outs start from £35.00

We will discuss the cost first in the case of lengthier jobs

 

Our Repair Service Includes:

 

  • Arrange for your computer to be collected if needed.
  • On-Site Repairs
  • Back up your hard disk if needed
  • Find out what the problem is if you don't know.
  • Work out the cost of the parts needed
  • Work out the cost of replacing the parts
  • Check you have the correct software for the parts
  • Provide an estimate of the time needed.
  • Call you to make sure you want to proceed. (see below)
  • Order any parts and software needed.
  • Replace the parts and reload your operating system
  • Test and check the parts work
  • Load any additional software you require
  • Call you to confirm your computer is fixed
  • Deliver your computer back to you if required.

Discounts for Senior Citizens & Unemployed on application

We no longer carry out no fix no fee on-site, as nearly all jobs can be carried out, and systems fixed, but at what cost ? We will give you an indication of the Prices before calling out, then only charge the minimum call out of it cannot be fixed, also if the job appears to take longer than expected we will give you a maximum price for the repair.

If you have Purchased a Computer System (PC or MAC) and need Help setting it up, please call us we will be very Happy to help

We can also offer a Personal Buyer Service (PC or MAC), where we can meet you at a retailer, and advise on your Purchase and setup the system for you.
